Avoiding November’s Overindulgence

The O.C. Writers Monthly Update

November Overindulgence

This month at O.C.Writers, we’re helping you trim the fat and come to terms with overindulgence.

If you’re tired of facing bloated, unreadable manuscripts, or feel like you’re spending too much time and money on useless marketing strategies, you won’t want to miss any of our expert articles this month.

  • In our new feature: Ask an Editor, Jennifer Silva Redmond will address Joy Pixley’s question: “How do you know when you’re writing too much description, or not enough, based on where you are in the book?” In that article, Jennifer explains how she helped one author cut 20,000, get published, and get stunning reviews.
  • Our new journalist-turned-fiction writer, Richard Howard, will share his struggles with over-researching and his strategies for self-discipline.
  • Our Squeaky Hinge Horror writers will give you their tips on self-editing for ultimate tension.

And, of course, that’s just the tip of the iceberg. We kind of overindulged on articles this month.

Next Month:
