MARCH 30: O.C. Writers’ All-Genre Critique Group is an opportunity for writers to get and give feedback on participants’ work-in-progress. The program takes place at 10:30 a.m. on Zoom. Meetings are free and open to the public. The group is currently full. To be added to the waitlist, send an email to group leader Cee Cee Wakefield at info@oc-writers.com.

MARCH 30: O.C. Writers and the O.C. Chapter of the Editorial Freelancers Association are partnering for a free virtual Q&A. The event will take place from 7 to 8:30 p.m. via Zoom. Participants will have an opportunity to get answers to their questions about the author-editor relationship, come away with practical self-editing tips, and more. APRIL 1: O.C. Writers’ weekly Roundtable discussion group, featuring writing and publishing business topics, takes place from 10:30 to noon on Zoom. Meetings are free and open to the public. To receive Zoom access information, email Roundtable leader Casey Dorman at info@oc-writers.com.

APRIL 1: Foothill Ranch Library Writers Support & Critique Group Zoom meeting. Read your work and be prepared to provide critique to others. This free group meets weekly from 5 to 6:30 p.m. Contact stella.carruth@occr.ocgov.com for more information and for the Zoom invite.

APRIL 3: The California Writers Club’s Orange County Branch will feature “I Write Funny And So Can You,” a presentation by P.J. Colando, at its monthly meeting. calwritersorangecounty.org.
