OCTOBER 31: The Vietnamese American Arts & Letters Association’s inaugural Viet Book Fest, spotlighting Vietnamese voices and stories in children’s literature, continues with a Halloween celebration, featuring authors, artists, a DJ, and much much more, from 3 to 4 p.m. on Zoom. $5.
